ReplyDeleteI have to agree. She always inserts herself into conflict. She enjoys it. No other woman in the house puts herself in between a fight with the guys. She acts like she could really go one on one with any of the guys. The fight between Gio and Stephen a few weeks back, she jumped right in the middle, for no reason, and then played victim when she was pushed. Smh There were many other men breaking up the fight, there was no need for her to get into the action.

ReplyDeleteI love how they insist on calling systematically finding the solution to a math/logic problem, "strategy".
ReplyDeleteThree props to Victoria because, not only is she the only one self-aware enough in that house to recognize her faults, but she is the only character I feel like is a real human that I would come into contact with on a normal basis. She's obviously gorgeous, but being smart carries a different level of insecurity as being beautiful. To be smart is to feel the need to prove that to cancel out the voice that says, "No, you're not smart. It's a delusion." As a law student with 10 months until her JD, I can say I regularly struggle with some of the same anxieties Victoria demonstrates - and so do most of my law school friends.
ReplyDeleteIn short, she is amazing. Imagine if you, a real person, were stuck in a dating show, trying to help, not hurt, your real life, and were forced to "find a match" without a tangible guide. That's tough. Any cynascism she displays is warranted.

ReplyDeleteSomeone posted her BF's Instagram a few weeks back. That has pics of them before and after filming. Not sure why the producers didn't do a better job hiding it. It explains her behavior on the show though IMO.

ReplyDeleteI agree that the season was most likely rigged last season. But I would disagree that it was the case for this season. Not only did they have 4 perfect matches going into the final, but you could also figure out with pencil and paper (or cereal :-) who the perfect matches were before the final ceremony.
ReplyDeleteNow those final perfect matches could have been rigged, because someone had Julia's final PLINKO ball on a string and was just willing it into Cam's slot. :-D
I really want to believe the show isn't rigged, but I was thinking the plinko plot too. That was just too lucky.
